Scrolling mindlessly on social media? Checking to see if you got a text? Those are great ways to waste your time.

Technology boundaries have the power to dramatically shift how much time you waste, your productivity levels and your ability to rest. I placed these 6 phone boundaries down in writing to help cue me to be intentional about leaving my phone behind, turning it on do not disturb and putting it totally out of sight.

I don't need to feel the buzz of a text message coming in at all hours of the day. I don't need to be on call for people all the time. I can detach from my phone and so can you. What do you think about these?

We all start somewhere. My encouragement to you is to pick one time you can intentionally detach from your phone. If it helps, let people know you're going MIA for a little bit. Maybe you've been working in hyperdrive and are feeling totally burnt out - click here to see if you're burning out. It doesn't take much to reset yourself.

Give yourself freedom to step away. You're worth it.

Cheering you on,

Coach Alicia
